WASHINGTON – D.C. has topped Forbes 2014 list of Coolest Cities in the country. Some people are surprised by Forbes’ decision and wondering how D.C. is cooler than other cities. Chandelis Duster and James Doubek went out in the city and asked people what they thought about the U.S. capital being in the number one spot.
